Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction care, handled privately.

ED is common and treatable, and it can also be a sign of other health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, or high blood pressure. That is why every request starts with a provider evaluation.

What a provider looks at

Your provider reviews your symptoms, heart health, blood pressure, current medications (especially nitrates and alpha-blockers), and other conditions before deciding whether a prescription medicine is safe and appropriate for you. If your history suggests something that needs in-person care, your provider will tell you and will not prescribe.

Online treatment may not be right for you if:

  • You take nitrates for chest pain or use “poppers”
  • You take riociguat or another guanylate cyclase stimulator
  • You have had a recent heart attack, stroke, or have unstable heart disease
  • Your provider has told you sexual activity is unsafe for your heart
  • You are under 18

This list is not complete. Your provider makes the final determination.

Important Safety Information

Sildenafil & tadalafil

Do not take sildenafil or tadalafil if you: take any nitrate medicine for chest pain (such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate or dinitrate) or use recreational nitrates (“poppers,” amyl or butyl nitrite); take a guanylate cyclase stimulator such as riociguat; or are allergic to sildenafil, tadalafil, or any ingredient in the tablet. The combination can cause a sudden, dangerous drop in blood pressure.

Before treatment, tell your provider about all medicines you take, especially alpha-blockers, other blood-pressure medicines, HIV protease inhibitors, certain antifungal or antibiotic medicines, and other ED treatments; and about any history of heart problems, stroke, low or uncontrolled high blood pressure, liver or kidney problems, retinitis pigmentosa, prior sudden vision loss, bleeding problems, stomach ulcers, or a deformed penis. Sexual activity puts strain on the heart — if you have heart problems, your provider must determine whether your heart is healthy enough for sexual activity.

Get medical help right away for an erection lasting more than 4 hours, sudden decrease or loss of vision in one or both eyes, sudden decrease or loss of hearing, or chest pain, dizziness or nausea during sexual activity.

Common side effects include headache, flushing, upset stomach, abnormal vision, nasal congestion, back pain, muscle aches, and dizziness. Avoid drinking large amounts of alcohol. These are not all the possible side effects; read the full Prescribing Information and Medication Guide provided by the pharmacy, and call your provider for medical advice about side effects. You may report side effects to the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088 or fda.gov/medwatch.

Questions about erectile dysfunction care

Is ED medication right for me?

Only a licensed provider can determine that after reviewing your history. Some men are not candidates for ED medicines because of their heart health or other medications.

What is the difference between sildenafil and tadalafil?

Both are FDA-approved PDE5 inhibitors for ED. They differ in how long they last in the body and how they are taken. Your provider will explain the options that fit your history.

Do you sell brand-name medications?

Our partner pharmacy dispenses FDA-approved generic versions. Generic medications contain the same active ingredient as the brand-name product.

Is it discreet?

Yes. Orders ship in plain packaging with no reference to the contents, and your billing statement shows Metabolic Regen LLC.
