Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 9, 2026

Purpose

This policy describes how we handle “consumer health data” as defined by state laws such as the Washington My Health My Data Act and Nevada SB 370, to the extent that data is not already protected by HIPAA.

Data we collect

Information that identifies the health conditions or treatments you are interested in, such as the treatment category you select, intake answers before they are transferred to a provider, and related communications.

How we collect and use it

We collect it directly from you and use it only to provide the services you request, to communicate with you about them, and for security and legal compliance.

Sharing

We share consumer health data only with the providers, pharmacy, and service providers needed to deliver the services, or as required by law. We do not sell consumer health data.

Your rights

You may confirm whether we collect your consumer health data, access it, request deletion, and withdraw consent by emailing privacy@metabolicregenmd.com. You may appeal a denied request by replying to our decision.
