Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the website and services of Metabolic Regen LLC. By using them, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Our role

Metabolic Regen MD provides technology and administrative services only. Metabolic Regen MD is not a healthcare provider and not a pharmacy and does not practice medicine. Medical services are provided by independent licensed providers (CuraDocs, The Network Health, and Zira Medical), who exercise independent clinical judgment. Medications are dispensed by our licensed partner pharmacies: Emerald Pharmacy (Tampa, FL) for weight-management medications and EPIQ Scripts (Richardson, TX) for sexual-health medications.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, physically located in a state we serve during your visit, and provide accurate, complete information. You may create one account for yourself only.

No guarantee of prescription or outcome

Submitting an intake does not guarantee a prescription. Providers prescribe only when clinically appropriate. Individual results vary, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Not for emergencies

The services are not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown before you start and include the services described on each treatment page. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for services you purchase. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to provide false information, obtain medication for anyone else, resell medication, or misuse the site.

Intellectual property

Site content is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date.
