Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are not prescribed

If your provider determines that treatment is not appropriate, you are not charged for medication.

Dispensed medication

For safety reasons and under pharmacy law, prescription medications that have been dispensed cannot be returned, exchanged, or restocked.

Damaged, incorrect, or lost orders

Contact support@metabolicregenmd.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.

Cancelling

You may cancel future shipments at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect for orders not yet processed by the pharmacy.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
