Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Metabolic Regen LLC (“Metabolic Regen MD,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services. Protected health information (PHI) you provide during a medical visit is also governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, and, where applicable, our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, contact details, date of birth, shipping address, identity-verification documents, health history and intake answers, and messages to your care team or support.
- Payment information: processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Automatically collected information: device, browser, IP address, and pages viewed, through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use information
- To provide the services, including routing your intake to a licensed provider and your prescription to a licensed pharmacy
- To verify identity and eligibility, process payments, and ship orders
- To communicate with you about your account, orders, and care
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with law
Health information and advertising
We do not sell personal information or health information. We do not use health information, or information that reveals the treatment you are seeking, for third-party advertising, and we do not place advertising pixels or session-recording tools on intake, account, or checkout pages.
How we share information
We share information only with: the independent licensed providers who evaluate you; the licensed pharmacy that fills your prescription; service providers bound by contract (including HIPAA business associate agreements where required) such as hosting, identity verification, payment, and shipping providers; and as required by law or to protect safety.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including TLS/SSL encryption of data in transit and encryption at rest, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Email privacy@metabolicregenmd.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Medical records may be subject to retention requirements under state law.
Marketing messages
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. Text messages are sent only with your express consent; reply STOP to opt out.
Children
Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We will post any changes here with a new effective date.
