What a provider looks at

Your provider considers your age, medical history, current medications and supplements, and any history of cancer, heart, liver, kidney, pituitary, or thyroid conditions. Your provider may ask for recent lab work, adjust or stop treatment over time, or recommend in-person care instead.

Online treatment may not be right for you if:

  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have an active cancer (sermorelin)
  • You have had a serious allergic reaction to any ingredient
  • You are under 18

This list is not complete. Your provider makes the final determination.

Important Safety Information

Compounded NAD+

Compounded medication. NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) injections and nasal sprays are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy for an individual patient based on a prescription. They are not FDA-approved, which means the FDA has not reviewed them for safety, effectiveness, or quality.

Possible side effects of injections include pain, redness, or bruising at the injection site, flushing, nausea, headache, lightheadedness, and a feeling of chest or abdominal tightness, especially if injected too quickly. The nasal spray may cause nasal irritation, congestion, headache, or nausea. Stop and seek medical help right away for signs of a serious allergic reaction.

Tell your provider if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of cancer, heart, liver, or kidney disease, or take other medicines or supplements. Report side effects to the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088 or fda.gov/medwatch.

Compounded sermorelin

Compounded medication. Sermorelin is prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy for an individual patient based on a prescription. It is not currently available as an FDA-approved product, and compounded sermorelin has not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality.

Do not use if you are allergic to sermorelin, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have an active cancer. Tell your provider about any history of cancer, pituitary or thyroid disorders, diabetes, or heart disease, and about all medicines you take.

Possible side effects include pain, swelling, or redness at the injection site, flushing, headache, dizziness, nausea, and trouble sleeping. Stop and seek medical help right away for signs of a serious allergic reaction. Report side effects to the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088 or fda.gov/medwatch.
