When you opt in to the Metabolic Regen messaging program, we will send recurring text messages related to your account, orders, appointment and refill reminders, care updates, and, where you have consented, promotional offers. Messages are sent to the mobile number you provide.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated marketing and transactional text messages from Metabolic Regen at that number. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the types of messages you have opted into. You may receive messages related to orders, reminders, and promotions.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Metabolic Regen does not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier’s standard rates will apply.
You can opt out of the messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you may receive a single confirmation message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@metabolicregenmd.com.
The program is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s transmission.
Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may update these SMS terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
