How returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds work for prescription and non-prescription products.
Last updated: July 2026
We want you to be satisfied with your experience. Because we dispense prescription and compounded medications, some standard retail return rules do not apply. This policy explains what can and cannot be returned and how refunds are handled.
For the safety of all patients, prescription and compounded medications cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold once they have shipped. This is required by pharmacy law and regulation and applies even if the product is unopened. Once a medication leaves the pharmacy, it cannot be returned to inventory.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Please do not discard the product until your claim is resolved.
You may cancel an order before it has been approved by a provider and processed by the pharmacy. Once a licensed provider has approved your prescription and the pharmacy has begun fulfillment, the order can no longer be cancelled or modified.
Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Consultation and provider evaluation fees are non-refundable once a provider has reviewed your intake, as the service has already been rendered.
If you are enrolled in a subscription, you may cancel future shipments before your next billing or fulfillment date. Charges already processed for medications that have shipped are non-refundable, consistent with the prescription product policy above.
