These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Metabolic Regen MD, LLC (Metabolic Regen, we, us, or our).
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By using the services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
Certain features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Medical and telehealth services are provided by independent, licensed healthcare providers of affiliated professional practices (the “Provider Groups”), which are managed by DrTelx LLC and operate on the Rimo Health telehealth platform. Metabolic Regen itself does not practice medicine and does not interfere with the independent clinical judgment of any provider. Any provider-patient relationship is between you and the provider.
Consultations do not guarantee that any product or prescription will be offered or dispensed. A provider may decline to prescribe based on their clinical judgment.

Prescriptions, when issued, are filled by licensed pharmacies. Products may include compounded medications that are not FDA-approved, as described in our FDA Disclosure. You agree to use any medication only as directed by your provider and to not share it with others.
By providing a payment method, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees. Some products and programs are offered on a recurring subscription basis. If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel a subscription in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided at the time of purchase or by contacting us. Consultation fees may be non-refundable once a provider has reviewed your intake.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Prescription products ship only after provider approval and pharmacy fulfillment.
Please review our Return and Exchange Policy. For safety reasons, prescription and compounded medications generally cannot be returned once shipped.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Metabolic Regen or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
You agree not to misuse the services, including by providing false information, attempting to access accounts that are not yours, interfering with the operation of the site, or using the services for any unlawful purpose.
The services and website are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Metabolic Regen and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the services or your violation of these terms.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the services will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. You and Metabolic Regen waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Metabolic Regen is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may modify these terms at any time. The updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
